250 g Flour
1 Tea spoon Baking powder
75 g Sugar
a few drops vanilla extract
1 Pinch of salt
1 Medium egg
125 g Melted butter
Spices to taste, for example black pepper, cinnamon, nutmeg, almond extract, ground cardamon

mix everything together, if it's too soft put it in the fridge for a few minutes.

roll out between two sheets of baking paper (saves you the mess with flour on the surfaces)

bake at 200 (180 fan oven) for about 10 min in a pre-heated oven.

Love the rolling out between two pieces of baking paper. Genius. Def stealing that one.
