Sloe Gin

I am a complete novice - what can I do with it besides drinking it neat? Just bought a bottle of Sipsmith's Sloe with the idea of serving it after Christmas Dinner - not sure what else to do with it though.

Try Gordon's website, they have a whole section of ideas. Goes well with Champagne!

Add a slug to mulled wine.
Mix with bitter lemon - it's called a Long Pedlar, and it tastes a bit like refreshers in a good way.
Not sure about digestif uses other than just neat though - although that would be lovely.

sloe gin and tonic is good.
