If you had to make cocktails for a fairly nice party (fundraising event - approx 90 people), what would you make that a) doesn't cost a lot to make but we can sell for a good price and b) can be made up in advance?

Help!

I was given winter pimms at a party the other day. Just pimms, orange juice and apple juice (with chopped apples and oranges) and a cinnamon stick. Served warm.

Was lovely!

other than that, peach bellinis? - prosecco and a dash of peach juice.

A Collins - you can choose the spirit, normally vodka or gin are the most popular and you can add fruit flavours to make it more exciting

50ml Spirit
25ml lemon juice
6ml sugar syrup
Soda water
