I do Nigella's ginger ham. Cooked in ginger ale, then glazed and baked. Glaze is ginger and orange marmalade, english mustard, brown sugar and 1/2 tsp ground cloves.

And I do nigella's ham in coca cola. It is lovely though still has cloves.

With malice aforethought

I love Gordon Ramseys maple and mustard ham - the recipe is on the BBC Good Food website

Have cooked it in cola in the past but for the last 2 years I've used apple juice & cider. The family always rave about it however it's cooked.

Cook ham as normal. Then glaze with a mixture of orange juice, mustard and honey. Cook for about 30 mins and then add cornflour to the remaining glaze and serve as a sauce.
