Bag full of Cooking Apples

Hi there, I have been given a carrier bag full of cooking apples and was thinking of having a baking afternoon after school with DD.

If I make the following, can I freeze them to eat later:
Apple pie
Crumble
Eves Pudding

Well you can BUY frozen ones, so I don't see why not!

Absolutely. I portion mine up before freezing and wrap in Easy-Leave (from Lakeland).

we were given some recently too,dh made a mountain of spiced apple cakes & I also cooked loads of cheap pork cuts in the slow cooker with apples chucked in too,then stuck in freezer

& HugeGrant that reminds me I need to get some more of that stuff from lakeland
