passionfruit cake?????

ds1 longing to make Delias passionfruit cake and there seems to be a dearth of em . what would mix with mascapone and fromage frais to be just as yummy? (do u know where all the passionfruits have gone. none in sainsburys)

I usually get my passion fruit from an Indian grocers, they usually have plenty and sell them much cheaper. If you really can't get hold of them, maybe you could substitute them for some lemon or lime?
