I'm doing hampers for Christmas presents and want to make chilli, thyme and orange marinated olives. MiL is coming over next week so I need to make hers and Sils this weekend. But will they last until Christmas? Am obviously doing them in sterilised jars and will put eat by date on label. Googling has given me results from 1 week to 2 months!!
