I've got waaay ahead of myself, have people coming for dinner, we'll probably be eating around 7pm after we've had a starter. The lamb is as ready as a very ready thing. Please reassure me that it's ok to wrap it in foil and forget about for a couple of hours.

I think it should be but just calm my nerves.

Fankoo.

Lamb is best slow cooked imo - 2 hours isn't long enough! Grin

I've cooked it for longer than 2 hrs. It's just very ready.

I meant it will have rested for about that long!

It will go cold by 7pm, even if wrapped in foil. How are you going to re-heat it?

It was still warm and very delicious! I worried for nowt.
