Leaf-shaped sweets

Where would I find leaf-shaped sweets (or do they not exist)? I'm wondering whether Wilkinsons or Tesco pick n mix might have them? TIA.

make some with chocolate and/or caramel.

Thanks, but I'm not that creative! I found some lime-shaped sweets in a pack of Fruit Pastilles that look close enough to leaves .
