pheasant, how to cook

Hi, i am not a great cook, but i do try, i have been given 3 pheasants [2 male, 1 female] guessing as i have been told what they are it makes a difference Confused i have no idea what to do with them, they look like little chickens but without skin to me, any ideas please, many thanks

Get some streaky bacon and stretch it with the back of a knife, rub pheasants with butter and cover with bacon and roast. If you put them on a rack you can put some red wine in tray and baste with it for nice gravy.
