I am 13weeks pregnant and throughout the pregnancy have become very fussy with food. I am now totally averse to sandwiches which were my lunchtime staple. IN fact most bread seems intolerable so I am looking for alternatives which will provide me with protein and other nutrients also. I am not a fan of cheese, spicy or creamy foods. So far I have thought of tuna pasta in a balsamic vinaigrette dressing with pasta or small potatoes or lentil soup. I don't want to have to spend a long time preparing it as it's only me for lunch although could make it in advance if it took a while. Any ideas and/or recipes appreciated.
