What can be made with sour milk?

The cartons of milk were used in the wrong order (as in the one that had the nearest BB date was left to last)

Is there anything that can be made with 1.75l of sour milk?

Think my mum used to make scones with it (but it does strike me as a lot of scone!)

Sour porridge?

Sour custard?

American-style pancakes - add an extra drop of vinegar (any sort) and use instead of buttermilk.

Scones are best made with sour milk

Sorry, I missed the bit where you mentioned scones! Make some for work/the neighbourhood/kids at school....

Might just go with the scones, though the American-style pancakes sound tempting (it's just I've never made them before). I will however pass on the sour porriage and custard.

Shame there isn't a bake sale on at the school this week!

Soda bread? Just replace the buttermilk - guessing here but might work - delicious with bacon and fried egg.

Soda bread would be good

Unfortunately I haven't space for an extra pea let alone loaves in the freezer (got a bit carried away at the discount shelf last time i did a shop) otherwise I could of stocked up on it (stocking up ironically being the reason i can't do this Hmm I think I sub-consciously think there is a zombie apocalypse is coming)
