Baked Camenbery or Brie

I've seen recipes in magazines where they are baked in the wooden boxes.

I've got a terracotta tortilla warmer (glazes inside) so I could do one that doesn't have the box.

How long do I bake it for ?

Baked camembert is gorgeous.

Slash the top of it and stick in some thin slices of garlic and some rosemary sprigs. Sprinkle with pepper then give it a good sloshing of white wine.

Bake until done - start it on twenty minutes but it may need a bit longer.
