Right so after crhistmas we are having 9/10 adults(inc us) and 4 children over.

My table is not big enough so we are doing a buffet style dinner. Inlaws will be here and staying with us so want as minimal cooking/prep as I can as I will have a house load, and I plan on hosting and drinking Blush

So menu is this:

24 mini smoked salmon bagels(m&s)
24 mini hot pies(m&s)
12 mini beef wellingtons(m&s)

Antipasti selection
Cheese board with crackers (jam or chutney ideas welcome)

For the kids:
Chicken drumsticks
Cocktail sausages
Sausage rolls
Coleslaw
Chips and dips, homous etc

Desserts:
Chocolate cake (homemade)
Mince pies (homemade)
Lemon tart
24 mini fresh fruit tarts (m&s)

A range of cocktiails, wine etc

Will it be enough? Am I missing anything? Does it sound awful?Wink

Nigella has some good buffet recipes in her Nigella Express book. I made these last year, they were yum and v quick.
