Has anyone done a good cookery course in London?

I'd prefer somewhere central or in N/NW or W London.
My DH is keen on cooking and I'm thinking about getting him a course for Xmas.
He really likes Indian food, Italian and Malaysian food but has recently started making puddings, if that helps.

I can recommend Caldesi (Italian), friend did day course and raved about it. I have eaten in their restaurant and it was lovely :)

I was going to recommend them too! Have done a few of the Cucina Caldesi courses and they are great and very hands on- none of the "just watching the demonstrator" stuff you get in some places. You come away confident about making whatever it was you learned about.

They are based in Marylebone, so nice and central, too.
