Can you make other flavour 'peppermint creams' in same way?

Eg could I add lemon to the icing sugar and egg White, or coffee, or orange, and make those flavour creams too?

Yes you can- I used to make the lemon ones with my mum when I was little. Funnily enough I bought some orange oil in tesco today in the cake decorating bit to add to some butter cream for a cake- you have just given me an idea for what else I can do with it!
