How can I sort this out, I have put £6 worth of diced beef in this, can't throw it away!! The coconut milk has 'curdled' and looks like vomit, what can I do?

It must be the night for curdled curry! The coconut milk I put in tonight's thai curry curdled. Looked awful but we ate it anyway and it was absolutely gorgeous.

That's my advice - close your eyes and eat it!

Take out the meat, whisk a spoonful flour into the sauce, should fix it. Put meat back in

Try stirring some cornflour mixed in water into it, then simmer for a couple of minutes. It's worked for me.

the heat was too high, but I think I might have to take your advice High and just close my eyes, luckily DH is extremely unfussy (think eating stale cake in a tea shop without a murmur)
