I'm supposed to be making a pork and vegetable pie with the leftover pork from New Years Day - except I've just discovered I've not got any pastry in the freezer which I thought I had.
I can't make pastry to save myself - tried it before and it was a complete disaster - what on earth can I do with the pork instead - something fairly 'heavy' - as was going to do Pie, Boiled Potatoes and Veg........
