Please help, I'm a bit of a pork novice.
Got some pork loin steaks but pack doesn't tell me how to do them. Just want something very basic, in the oven with apples type thing. Can anyone help please Blush

Ooh, there's a lovely Jamie Oliver recipe for a tray bake that I've made lots of times to great success. Mix lemon juice with olive oil, crushed garlic and rosemary that you have bashed a bit and use to marinade the chops. I always forget this stage but it doesn't seem to matter if you only leave them in the marinade while you chop up veg. Chops up parsnips, new potatoes and pears (or apples), put it all in a roasting tin or ceramic dish and spread the marinade around so it's all mixed in together, then bake in the oven for 40-45 mins at 200 degrees c. Lovely, easy, doesn't really need other veg although I often do cabbage or something green to go with.
