... do you need warm hands for bread?

And what would happen if a warm-handed person made pastry?

If a warm handed person made pastry they might find that at the end of the day they have a pie.

Trills - run your hands under a cold tap for a bit then make pastry quick and handle it as lightly as possible. Buy bread from Sainsburys.

:o Scoundrel

My hands are already cold so no need for the cold tap approach.

I was wondering if I could use "my hands are too cold" as an excuse for why I am rubbish at bread, but it's more likely that I am too weak/lazy to knead properly.
