home made oven chips?

probably really dim but havent made them for ages. Ds is asking for chips and have potatos that need using. Cant remember if you grill or oven them, if you part boil or how long they take..lol

I just cut the potato into wedges (quarters if a smallish potato), put in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil. Bake for about 35 mins.

I chip them and stick them in boiling water for 2 mins then stick them in a hot oven with some olive oil drizzled on - take about 10-15 mins that way depending on thickness of chips.
