What age can you eat tinned pineapple?

Odd question but was looking in my cupboards trying to work out new things to give dd aged 11 months and wondered about this

My DS had pretty much everything after 6 months, including tinned and fresh pineapple.

ds who is 9 months has been eating fresh pineapple today, so I guess tinned will be fine. She'll love it - but its very sticky!
