Can you freeze fairy cakes?

Just wondered. Have time to bake this weekend but don't want to eat them all in one go!

Yes they freeze well but don't ice them first, icing only when defrosted. :)

Yup, works well and you can't tell they've been frozen and defrosted, IMO.
