Bought about three weeks ago went out of date on 6th should it be edible?

Smells like Chinese chicken which is what it is, when it had a date in atleast two weeks away I guess two days shouldn't make any difference

Aw well it tasted terrible but think it would have done if I'd eaten it two weeks ago!!
