I've just bought a slow-cooked ham hock, but have no idea what to do with it now.

Suggestions please!

Where did you get it? I want one but I've never seen them before. Or maybe I have and I'm just being really thick and not realising what it is...

Tesco, in the deli section. I was all excited but now am a bit mystified.
