I always buy free range eggs. Bit odd really considering I'm not vegetarian and eat loads of chicken.

i avoid aspartane and chemical sweetners.... herd that one of them was banned in the US cause they have "provern" it causes cancer.... but apperently its no true here in the uk.... yeah right!

Also try to avoid hydrogentated fats and oils.... give me real butter any day.

I go for full fat full sugar, cause the alternatice is chemical crap which id rather not eat! Sorry but id rather exercise and eat less, than consume that!.

Was veggy for ages. Im very srict about only AT LEAST free range chicken / eggs etc (tho normally i have organic)

Also all pork has to be BRITISH cause i refuse to eat pigs that spend there lives in tiny cages terrorised... again illegal to treat them like that here in the uk (the farmers would be jailed) but perfectly ok for farmers in other countries to do it, then the supermarkets import it to make our ham / sauage rolls / bacon / sauages etc Cheep

apart from that i eat most things, and i always try (and 99% succeed) to have at least 5 diff fruit / veg per day!

Same as you really, Pruni.

Avoid: sweeteners, hydrogenated fats, E numbers.

Include: hmmm, lots more I could include but I do try and eat lots of fruit or at least drink a smoothie! Always buy free-range eggs and try to buy organic/free-range meat whenever I can afford it. These days I'd actually rather go without meat than eat a factory-farmed chicken full of water, pig fat and antibiotics
