I'm looking to expand my meal planner repertoire 
I'm looking for fairly easy, tasty chicken, fish or veggie dishes. I'm not a confident cook, but have started experimenting a lot more recently and like all kinds of cuisines.
This week we are having the following (to give you an idea of what we like):
Thai red prawn curry w/ rice
Chickpea curry w/ rice
Moroccan fish stew w/ cous cous and roasted veg
Barbecue chicken legs w/ rice, coleslaw and salad
Spanish omelette w/ salad
Pesto pasta bake
Steak and baked potato w/steamed veg
