this is what I always make

Don't make cake, make banana and butterscotch pudding from the Peyton & Byrne book! Seriously. Mine just came out the oven and it is AMAZING! Made it in time for dd's tea. She turned her nose up at it but that's fine. All the more for me. And I may eat it all. In one go. Yum.

Not sure I can find recipe online though... sorry...
