Suggestions for afternoon tea....

Have an old friend coming for afternoontea, suggestions please

If it's just the one friend you can splash out - I'd do cucumber and smoked salmon sandwiches, eclairs or some other sweet thing with whipped cream, and scones with clotted cream. And a glass of champagne

Not sure about drinking though as she's got to work afterwards, oh and I'm bf.
