I've taken the lid off as the water is just not being absorbed. Can anyone remember posting this recipe please and advising me?

I don't usually put a lid on my baked risotto but I do then have to keep an eye on it to check it doesn't dry out.

Was it a meaty version of this? I never cover my baked risottos & they are fine.
