I need some yummy celeriac recipes please!

I have a celeriac in my fridge, came in my last veg box and I don't know what to make with it! Any ideas?

Celeriac and carrot mash yum!

Cut into chunks and roasted in olive oil with other root veg?

Or celeriac and celery soup is nice. Chop and fry celeriac, celery and onion, pour on stock and add chopped potato, simmer for a while and eat with lots of crusty bread! :)

Chunk it up and boil it along with some potatoes to make a mash. Gives mash a lovely creamy flavour.

Great as just mash. Very lovely as a topping for cottage or shepherd's pie.

I love celeriac and potato mash (not very original but simple!)

You can also do duck with celeriac and apple. Think Nigel slater has version that you can google online.

Either that just add to a beef casserole etc with other root veg.
