Enid's chicken nuggets - anyone made them?

Help!

Do you really put breadcrumbs in the chicken mix as well as coating them in crumbs, or is this a mistake in the recipe?

Bumping, cos I've got a load of minced chicken meat festering in the food processor.

Can't imagine it will hurt the recipe either way, so toss a coin rather than let the meat fester!

Just found an old thread from 2005 where Cod made them, and she put crumbs in the mix. Must be right, as Cod is God

Or is God Cod? Is this what we're doing on a Saturday night now? Doesn't sound bad though, I'd say the chicken wouldn't stick without them iyswim? Link for the recipe please?
