Gluten Free - will there be Christmas goodies?

Recently had to go on a gluten free diet and with Christmas coming I am wondering if I will be able to buy/make a pudding or cake?

Always loved Christmas pudding and cake (with some stilton)!...

Fear not, you will be able to eat yourself silly as ever before. You can buy gf cake and pudding from all the supermarkets and M&S - most have them in already if you wanted to start sampling Grin

Have you ever tried Mrs Crimbles Macaroons? Gluten Free Heaven. Seriously.

For gf Christmas pudding you can just replace the flour with ground almonds I think. Then I guess use gf bread for bread crumbs.

Thank you all - cheered me up no end. Love Macaroons which supermarkets keep Mrs Crimbles? I have seen other items in her range in Tesco and Waitrose.

you can buy gluten free flour in the supermarket - self raising, plain and bread flour.

Doves farm gf self raising flour is pretty good. I'm doing a few gf Christmas cakes this weekend.
