I've tried a few different recipes but never seem to get one where the flapjack turns out just right. It's either too hard & crunchy or falling apart when lifted out the tin. I have a good fan oven, oats, caster sugar, golden syrup & margarine (no butter left this week).
Now all I need is a fool proof recipe please that the children will beable to help me with this morning & enjoy eating.The big problem is no-one else will eat them so I end up stuffing my face til they're gone
