just doing my shopping online ds has just lurned 6 months any ideas on what to buy him for his dinner?

Seasonal veg are great - at this time of year root veg like parsnips and swede (mash a little with potato to give a hint of the flavour), squash, sweet potato. Also you could get frozen white fish portions (filleted) which you could steam and mash with potato and either cauliflower or broccoli, once you have introduced them.

Avocado, sweet potato, banana.
