Whip some cream for a pavlova with the balloon whisk attatchment. It'll take about 30 seconds! Then with the paddle beater make a victoria sponge and really cream the butter and sugar together properly for 5 minutes or so. It makes the cake soooo light and fluffy.
Hmmmmm cake!

It's coming tomorrow now but I like the idea of a pavlova. I made a Victoria sponge a couple of weeks ago but wasn't very pleased with it so i will have to try again!

Just googled it, OMG I want one!!! So many colours...... bit out of my price range at the moment, bloody Christmas presents for the kids is ruining my life.
