Does anyone make their own baked beans?

I think Heinz or other tinned ones are really salty, even the low salt ones, plus we'd use a teaspoon or so then waste the rest as it's for my lo and I don't like them, and to use them all even in a small tin she'd have to have them three times a day for a week.

Anyone make their own? Any good? How?

I do, they still have quite a lot of sugar in though - but also veg too. Taste v nice and actually quite similar to Heinz! I freeze in small portions.
