hi all just made ny first Xmas cake ad I have a few questions!
Firstly I have 500g marzipan and 1kg of ready to roll icing, are these enough or will I need more marzipan? Don't want to be caught short! It's 8 inch square cake.
Also how far in advance can I marzipan and ice my cake? Can I do it now or is it too soon?
