What to do with sour cream?

Just gone to whip up some cream to have with fruit salad and v.disappointed to find it went out of date yesterday, and it tastes sour. 10floz - can't bring myself to sling it out, so has anyone have any ideas please?

Make a cheese sauce with it. Either as cauliflower cheese or to put in lasagne. Or you could do a Stroganoff, and use the "sour" cream instead or "soured cream".

Cake? Some recipes on BBC good food for cakes with sour cream.

Or whizz up some healthy salsa tomorrow: tomatoes, coriander, onions, chillis etc and eat with the sour cream.
