Radicchio: Help!

I have 2 massive radicchios thanks to Riverford (grrrr...)

Please tell me what to do with them!

anyone?

I think they're bit bitter on their own but probably good to do a red coleslaw with?

Delicious shredded, stir fried with garlic, a pinch of chilli flaked and tinned crab and then mixed in with linguine.
