I have just made some choux pastry and have some eclairs baking in the oven. Problem is that I have at least enough choux pastry left over to make the same amount again (about a dozen), but no room in the oven or any baking trays to use. I've shoved it in a tupperware and put it in the fridge--will it still be useable if I made some more tomorrow for example? I don't really want to waste it, especially as it seems to have come out really well.
Any advice?
