Stick in in a plastic tub, chuck it in the freezer, mix it after an hour or two, put back in freezer for a couple more hours. Mango sorbet!

Is great as you just freeze and don't need ice cream maker or need to stir while freezing. Yum!

Mango cheesecake, but mango lassi as suggested by feetheart is also very nice and much easier.
