eww Grin

was it a bashed tin/on special offer?

why did you buy it?

MackerelOfFact · 19/10/2011 09:20

Stick in in a plastic tub, chuck it in the freezer, mix it after an hour or two, put back in freezer for a couple more hours. Mango sorbet!

Mango chutney?

slartybartfast · 19/10/2011 09:23

i spose you could add creme fraiche or somethign to it to make a mango fool,
that might be nice

feetheart · 19/10/2011 09:27

Mango lassi - mango puree and yogurt I think. Wonderful stuff :)

Try this mango kulfi recipe:
chefinyou.com/2010/05/mango-kulfi-recipe/

Is great as you just freeze and don't need ice cream maker or need to stir while freezing. Yum!

Mango cheesecake, but mango lassi as suggested by feetheart is also very nice and much easier.

Mango lassi all the way. Puréed mango will become a regular buy once you've tried it once :)
