giblets...what do it do with them?

have a kelly bronze turkey....and giblets....give me your giblet recipies

you simmer them with an onion and misc other veg and use the stock to make the gravy - -give the used giblets to teh cat

Right.
You can either freeze them, and put them in stock later, to make it extra rich.
Or you can make some stock with a smaller quantity of water, reduce it down a bit and then use it for making the gravy on xmas day.

or you can give them to the cat

or scare the beejezus out of grandma by concealing them in her napkin

You boil 'em up then leave them lying around and then you go oh sod this and throw 'em in the bin.

Nah, I make gravy with the stock too.
