IL's have 3 apple trees and more apples than they know what to do with

I have a 4 week old baby

Do you think i can cook and puree and freeze them now, and use them when baby starts weaning in 5 months ish time?

or will they be too old by then?

seems a shame for local (5mins walk away) organic, picked yesturday so FULL of goodness apples to go to waste, and would make a lovely first taste for baby Smile
