Having friends over and serving lasagne with salad and garlic bread and wondering what dessert I could make that would go well with it?

Personally I would like something light after lasagne. A nice sorbet or something.

Something light and zesty like a lemon mousse with raspberries.

And tuille biscuits!

I always make lemon tart.

I like something fruity / tangy with no carbs after a massive helping of lasagne so a sorbet or perhaps stewed fruit (plums and apple, pears in red wine?) with a small dollop of creme fraiche? Or even rhubarb and custard!

Has the advantage of being something you can make in advance, can be served hot or cold.
