Does anyone know where I can buy them? I know Mrs Crimble's and Kallo do them but I have only been able to buy Mrs Crimble's apple or honey and Kallo salted rice cakes in the supermarkets ...

You can buy the Kallo wholegrain unsalted ones in Waitrose IIR, they're square and come in purple packaging.
