A local cafe puts this on things. I like it ok. DS1 had some today, and was mad for it.

I gather you can't buy it, you have to make it? Has anyone made their own?

NQC all i have ever one is gently fried things , no wrong word, sauteed (!!!) and put a little amt of balsamic in the pan

usually red onions for meat hot or cold

Yeah, that's what the recipe I had said to do.

Worth knowing about the fumes, our kitchen isn't very well ventilated at the moment.
