Will I be able to freeze cauliflower & stilton soup?

Can't see why not? you can freeze stilton and cauliflower seperately, so why not in a soup? Maybe add cream once it is defrosted, if you need to?

Soup freezes well, ime.

yes, I usually freeze soup, just wondered because stilton is blue, but if it can be frozen on its own then great!
