Tis emmental i think! Can put it in sandwiches. Also good melted on the little toasty bits that go with french onion soup...

Grilled cheese sandwich, melted in soup, on top of pasta in tomato sauce...

Not the most interesting of cheeses, imo.

Thanks everyone rizzo I done your gratin it was very nice but I would prefer cheddar would not buy it again. I know the spelling now its emmental.
