czech dumplings?

Does anyone have a tranditional Czech recipe for dumplings?
or any other tranditional main meals.

I've done this recipe a while ago (just the dumplings).

It was really hard work combining the bread, but it was quite successful and matched my hazy memories of my grandparents' cooking.
